This plate is approximately the size of a credit card and labels the paint code as "Paint" or "Ext. Color". In since cases for newer vehicles there may be a QR code.

This code is essential for accurately matching your vehicle's original paint color during the mixing process. Over time, manufacturers have varied the placement of ID plates and labels, so we offer several possible locations where they may be found.
If you are unable to locate your paint code, we recommend contacting your local dealer with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN #). They will be happy to assist you in obtaining the correct paint code for your vehicle.
